Due to COVID-19, the majority of our office staff is now working from home. Because of this, we ask that you leave a message on our voicemail at 1-888-925-8377 or email us a call back request at sales@waltersgardens.com if we miss your call. Thank you for your flexibility as we work through this safer option.
We are currently allowing customer pickups. When you arrive please use the doorbell by our shipping department, and someone will be out to assist you. You may also call 1-888-925-8377 if you need additional assistance.
Walters Gardens’ offices, facilities, and greenhouses are currently closed to drop in visitors. We ask that you make an appointment with your preferred contact at Walters Gardens to see if a safe visit to our business is possible. Visitors should be prepared to wear a mask if inside any of Walters Gardens’ facilities.
Our Display Gardens are open and you may browse them at your leisure. If you see an employee or another visitor in the gardens we ask that you respect social distancing guidelines and maintain six feet of separation.
